Hopkins Craftsman Addition

This project consisted of turning the facade of an ordinary 70's home into an Craftsman with a small room addition. To accomplish the design change the roof line was changed, wood framing details were added, siding was used in place of stucco, and stone work details were added to the lower three feet of the home. A custom fireplace and mantel were added to the interior to create a warm and inviting family room. Located in University Park Estates, Long Beach, CA.
