Eliot Contemporary and Traditional Narrow Bathroom

Fitting a full bath in a 4' wide x 11' wide space was a challenge. To make the tight quarters work we installed a pocket door, a narrow wall mount sink, a recessed medicine cabinet, and a built-in cabinet next to the toilet. A trench drain was used continue the same tile floor in the main bath area into the shower. Vaulted ceiling and two skylights, one of which was operable, provide natural light, ventilation, and help the small space feel open and airy. Located in Belmont Heights, Long Beach, CA.
