Remodeling an existing bathroom, kitchen or entire home provides a good opportunity to build green because it focuses on the reuse of the existing structure. We encourage our clients to choose appliances with an Energy Star rating, reduce the need for artificial lighting by adding sun tubes, sky lights or windows and using materials that are either rapidly renewable or contain recycled content. During the remodel and construction process, we remain sensitive to the importance of deadlines and reliability while never forgetting that our work site is, more importantly, your home. All of our remodeled homes are built to standards above and beyond the California Energy Code.
